Drive to the car park and park your car in the drop-off zone or, depending on the service, park your car yourself.
Catch one of the regular shuttle buses to the airport terminal. Some buses also run on demand. Buses take between 5 and 15 minutes to reach the terminal.
Catch the bus at the terminal or nearby and you will be taken back to the car park.
Collect your car at the pick-up zone and drive home.

On arrival at the Aeroparks facility, you will need to park your car in one of the three clearly marked lanes. After removing your luggage, head to the reception to check-in your car. Make sure you take a copy of your Parkhero booking confirmation with you. Your car will be allocated to storage, and you will be directed to the next available shuttle bus.
Aeroparks recommends that domestic clients arrive at the car park at least 1 hour, and international clients at least 2.5 hours, before they need to be at Auckland Airport. This is to ensure that you have enough time to check-in your car, ask any questions that you may have, and board the shuttle bus, as well as to account for any traffic delays.
On your return to Auckland, you will receive a Welcome Home Text from Aeroparks to your mobile. Once you have collected your bags, you should reply to the text to let the car park know that you need collecting. Aeroparks Auckland will send one of their vans to come and pick you up from the specified meeting point. More information will be imparted upon vehicle check-in.

The parking facility itself is fine, however it wa snot at the address on the booking email. the booking did not get passed on to the carpark, they could not locate a booking for me so I had to pay an again. Then trying to get a resolution to the double payment no contact after the first email. Not happy with the booking company and carpark communications to get this resolved

The drop off process was worrying as Aeropark had no record of our booking through Roosh. This took some time to sort out and Aeropark kindly accepted our booking without additional cost. The delivery to the Int Terminal was good. The pickup on returning was very crowded in the van.

If you are travelling with young children who will require safety seating, Aeroparks parking Auckland Airport kindly requests that you drop them at the airport first, with an accompanying adult, before you continue on to the car park. This is because the car park does not have any spare car seats available for children travelling in the shuttle.
For your convenience, Aeroparks car facility offers a great range of value added services while you are away. These must be arranged and paid for on arrival at the car park, as you cannot add them to your Parkhero booking at present. Customers can select from the following:
Aeroparks Auckland does not offer baby seats or booster seats at this moment. They recommend bringing your own if you need to bring your child along with you in the shuttle.
