Drive to the car park and park your car in the drop-off zone or, depending on the service, park your car yourself.
Catch one of the regular shuttle buses to the airport terminal. Some buses also run on demand. Buses take between 5 and 15 minutes to reach the terminal.
Catch the bus at the terminal or nearby and you will be taken back to the car park.
Collect your car at the pick-up zone and drive home.
On arrival at the Aeroparks facility, you will need to park your car in one of the three marked lanes. After removing your luggage, head to the reception to check. Make sure you take a copy of your Parkhero booking confirmation with you. Your car will be allocated to storage, and you will be directed to the next available shuttle bus.
Aeroparks recommends that domestic clients arrive at the car park at least 30 - 45 minutes before they need to check in at Auckland Airport. This is to ensure that you have enough time to check-in your car, ask any questions that you may have, and board the shuttle bus, as well as to account for any traffic delays.
On your return to Auckland, you will receive a Welcome Home Text from Aeroparks to your mobile. Once you have collected your bags, you should reply to the text to let the car park know that you need to be collected.
Aeroparks Auckland will send one of their vans to come and pick you up from the specified meeting point. More information will be imparted upon vehicle check-in.

If you are travelling with young children who will require safety seating, Aeroparks parking Auckland Airport kindly requests that you drop them at the airport first, with an accompanying adult, before you continue on to the car park.
An alternative is to remove the car seats from your vehicle to be placed in the shuttle van. They will be placed back in the van upon your return to Auckland Airport, so your children are safely transferred back upon returning to Aeroparks.
