Give the parking service a call 20 to 30 minutes before you arrive. You will find the contact number on your confirmation email. Drive to the meeting point and park in a drop-off bay.
Hand your keys to a uniformed valet. All valets also carry IDs. The valet will inspect your car with you for existing damage. You can then make your way to check-in while your car is parked securely for you.

On the day of travel, you simply need to drive to the Pick Up & Drop Off area which services the International and Domestic Terminals, and a member of the Platinum Parking team will be there to meet you. You will need to hand over one set of car keys, so that they can drive your car to their secure storage facility.
On your return to Auckland Airport, make your way to the same area where you dropped off your car, to collect it from Platinum Parking. More instructions will be imparted to you by Platinum Parking at the time of departure.
