If you booked Car Park R at Auckland Domestic Airport online, simply drive up to the car park and scan the credit card you used for the booking. If you didn't pre-book, you can scan your credit card at the entry barrier. You can not take a ticket at this car park, you can only enter by scanning or inserting your credit card.
If you have booked online and see a "Full" sign outside the car park, you may still enter. The "Full" sign only applies to customers without a pre-booked spot.
To exit, return to your vehicle and scan your credit card at the exit barrier. If you experience any difficulties while exiting, press and hold the 'HELP' or intercom button for two seconds until you hear a ringing sound. Please have your booking reference number and confirmation email ready.
