Car Park D uses license plate recognition technology, which means that upon arrival in the car park, the gate will automatically open if you pre-booked your spot online. If you didn't, you can take a ticket or scan your credit card upon entry.
Important: If you lose your ticket, you’ll be charged a lost ticket fee of $48.00.

If you didn't make an online booking and need to pay for your parking duration, scan your credit card at the exit or pre-pay for your ticket at an auto-pay machine, located outside the domestic terminal or in the outer forecourt of the international terminal. All auto-pay machines accept credit cards, while parking booths accept cash and EFTPOS payments. One parking booth is conveniently located at the exit of the international Car Park D.
If you encounter any issues while trying to leave, press and hold the help/intercom button at the barrier for two seconds until you hear a ringing sound. Have your booking reference ready, which you can find in your confirmation or reminder email. The parking services team will verify your details and open the barrier for you.
